Vegetable grill tips:

Always remember vegetables grill fast, so keep a close eye on them

Marinades work well with vegetables too, plus they are less likely to stick to the grill

Grilled Zucchini
need: large zucchini, butter, salt/pepper or herbs
1. preheat grill to medium heat
2. clean off zucchini, cut lengthwise into quarters, place butter (or substitute) on each piece, season to taste, wrap in foil. Note: many people suggest olive oil and not to use foil.
3. place zucchini on heated grill for 10-15 minutes each side
